Job summary

StoredTech is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects, coordinating with delivery teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely, on-budget results. You will confirm scope, assign resources, and monitor progress with clear documentation and regular updates to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the completion of projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: client-facing and internal.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
• Detail oriented and comfortable with logistical planning.
• Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
• Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget and work plan using consistent, accurate documentation to record project progress.
• Track project hours and costs to meet budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using approved verification techniques and report changes and progress to stakeholders.
• Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
