Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage underwriting, processing, or lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance, regulatory requirements, and lending documentation.
• Experience with loan origination and/or underwriting software.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination through preapproval to closing.
• Process residential mortgage loans and collect documents.
• Guide borrowers through the lending process and communicate updates.
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, and insurance requirements.
• Facilitate and coordinate loan closings.
• Maintain records in CRM and LOS systems.
• Collaborate with counselors, realtors, and community partners.
