The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing mortgage origination phases, conducting application reviews, and preparing key loan documentation. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in residential mortgage processing, underwriting, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential mortgage origination.
• Conduct upfront review of applications and initial credit decisions.
• Order and review appraisals, credit reports, title searches.
• Prepare early disclosures and commitment letters.
• Interface with lenders, customers, and service providers.
• Support post-closing team in finalizing commitment letter conditions.
• Assist with compliance-related duties and month-end reports.
