Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and FHA/VA policies required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and prepare loan files for underwriting and closing.
• Maintain accurate loan application information.
• Calculate income and review assets and liabilities.

Skills

Mortgage banking experience

Knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac

Regulatory Mortgage Compliance

Knowledge of Encompass or other LOS systems

Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
