Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years mortgage processing or related financial services experience.
• Proficiency with LOS, document imaging, and MS Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to meet SAFE Act background checks and NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan applications, ensuring timely progression and accuracy.
• Coordinate with originators, underwriters, and clients to meet deadlines.
• Prepare closing packages and ensure underwriting conditions are satisfied.
• Review appraisals, title reports, and regulatory requirements for compliance.
