Unitus Community Credit Union in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for a hybrid, full-time role. You will source leads, build member relationships, and originate quality mortgage applications that align with lending guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mortgage or sales, strong networking, and communication skills; travel within the area is expected. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience; NMLS registration is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of mortgage origination or similar sales role.
• Outbound sales, networking, and building a personal book of business.
• Ability to travel regularly within the service area.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; NMLS registration.

Responsabilidades

• Source and develop mortgage leads by networking and referrals.
• Consult with members to assess home financing needs and complete applications.
• Guide members through options aligning with Unitus products and guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with branches and community partners to drive referrals.
• Balance time between branches, remote work, and community events to manage pipeline.
