Qualifications

• Advanced mortgage processing knowledge, including documentation review and compliance.
• Experience with Encompass or similar LOS software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Educate borrowers through the closing process and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate closing logistics and communicate steps with homebuyers and partners.
• Maintain confidential loan files and data entry in CRM systems.
• Support loan origination products and lending program enhancements.
• Attend closings and serve as liaison with title companies and real estate partners.
