Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service to clients, real estate agents, and title companies with timely updates on loan progress.
• Receive, organize, and prepare complete loan applications and files for processing, ensuring documents are ready 48 hours before closing.
• Assist with prequalification, loan locking and pricing, and disclosures using data from Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Attend daily team meetings and support Loan Processors and Loan Officers with callbacks or administrative tasks.
• Step in to attend loan closings if the primary Loan Officer is unavailable.
