Job summary

Karsun Solutions is actively supporting a modernization effort for Veterans healthcare and benefits programs, delivering enterprise ML capabilities using modern frameworks, cloud-based SaaS/PaaS, and low/no-code platforms.

The role requires design, deployment, and governance of ML models in production, with on-site work two days per week in the DMV area preferred. The salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD. A VA Public Trust clearance is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in design, deployment and maintenance of ML models in production.
• Ability to obtain VA Public Trust background.
• On contract award and willing to sign a commitment letter.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML models and pipelines for enterprise objectives.
• Apply advanced ML frameworks and lifecycle practices to improve predictive capability and automation.
• Lead model integration with DTC enterprise platforms (Salesforce/MuleSoft, Power Platform, Pega, Box, Appian) via APIs.
• Lead model performance monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and validation.
• Protect PII/PHI in training data and outputs under HIPAA/VA privacy rules; support ATO docs.
• Educate stakeholders and provide technical guidance to ensure on-time delivery.
