Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a skilled SharePoint Online and Power Platform professional in Chicago. The role focuses on administering SharePoint Online environments, building low-code solutions with Power Platform, and delivering automated workflows to enhance governance, reporting, and employee experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline processes, and create scalable digital solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, site architecture, and governance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations including Teams, Outlook, Forms, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, lists, and content structures.
• Design, develop, and support modern SharePoint sites, pages, and intranet solutions.
• Implement governance standards, information architecture, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide end-user support.
• Design, build, and support automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop approval workflows, notifications, task management solutions, and reporting automations.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation solutions.
• Build and enhance Power Apps solutions and integrate across Teams, Outlook, Forms, and Power BI.
