Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a hybrid Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions and SharePoint workflows that meet client needs. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and end-users to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft-based solutions.

Responsibilities include integrating Power Platform with Office 365 apps such as Outlook and Teams, and providing ongoing support, documentation, and governance alignment to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200) or PL-400 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions and custom Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to meet business requirements.
• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams) and other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Gather, interpret, and document requirements with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Identify and implement workflow and process automation opportunities to improve operations.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Power Platform and SharePoint apps.
• Create thorough documentation and training materials for maintainability.
• Collaborate with IT on governance, data management, security, and compliance.
