Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Power Platform/SharePoint specialist to design, build, and maintain solutions that streamline agency operations. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and end-users to capture requirements and deliver automated workflows within the Power Platform and SharePoint ecosystem.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and SDLC discipline, with hybrid work and travel expectations. A CS/IT degree and 2+ years of Power Platform experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• PL-200 or PL-400 certification preferred.
• Experience automating workflows and business processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Power Platform & SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams).
• Gather, interpret, and document requirements with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement workflow automation to boost productivity.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Create thorough development documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT on governance, data management, and security.
• Participate in SDLC phases: analysis, design, build, test, deploy, support.
• Stay updated on Power Platform and Office 365 trends.
