Job summary

Coverstore, hybrid position reporting to the Carrollton, TX office, is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to help bring products from plan to live site. You will work with cross-brand teams and support Coverstore, Leatherology, and related brands while learning assortment planning and forecasting behind the scenes.

You will bridge to Customer Care, ensuring product knowledge is clear and up-to-date, and assist with launches, pricing, and on-site content across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising or related field required.
• 1-2 years of merchandising-related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product expert and first point of contact for Customer Care on product questions.
• Triage, research, and resolve daily product inquiries including specifications, fitment, and compatibility; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular product training sessions for Customer Care on new launches.
• Build and maintain internal product knowledge resources (FAQs, fitment guides, spec sheets).
• Approve customer reviews weekly and report findings and opportunities.
