You will manage sample procurement, track deliveries, prepare decks, and help execute marketing beats across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely, accurate communications and strong brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years merchandising, product development, retail, visual merchandising, or related experience.
• Passion for retail and product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels across the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of merchandise samples to multiple partners.
• Assist with room setup for product showcases.
• Maintain sample tracker to ensure prioritized product for photoshoots and events.
• Compile weekly social media recap.
• Identify marketing beats and communicate to partners.
• Work with merchandising teams to identify initiatives to drive revenue.
• Develop partnerships across the company.
• Prepare decks, briefs, and recaps for milestone meetings.
• Assist with various merchandising projects.
• Understand competitive environment to differentiate product positioning.
