Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in coordination, communications, scheduling, marketing, merchandising, or related field.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and calendar tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, time-management, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with PLM, Miro, Keynote, business insights tools, or merchandise coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise samples, incoming orders, inventory tracking, and deliveries.
• Gather product information, communicate priorities and launch updates, and maintain records.
• Support photography, influencer programs, product unboxings, media events, social content, and showcases.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, reports, project recaps, and social media reports; monitor social channels.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate activities, and identify process-improvement opportunities.
