Interface Engineering, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead HVAC design across multiple projects in a hybrid Bend, OR environment.

You will own discipline-leading responsibilities, coordinating drawings, analyses, and calculations while guiding HVAC staff and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a BS degree, 3+ years in MEP/AEC design, and strong knowledge of codes, safety, and public, educational, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• BSME, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' MEP/AEC design and consulting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Demonstrated interaction with clients in meetings or presentations

Responsibilities

• HVAC system selection, engineering & design
• Preparation of HVAC drawings, analysis, specifications, and calculations
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Provide oversight of HVAC support staff
• Provide construction administration & site observations related to your projects
• Provide exemplary service to team members and clients
