Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in MEP estimating, design-build coordination, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns MEP scopes and prepares detailed takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Reviews drawings and specs to define scope and identify conflicts.
• Performs cost and value analyses to support design decisions.
• Collaborates with trade partners to evaluate bids.
