Job summary

Trout Unlimited is seeking a Membership Services Specialist to deliver exceptional member experiences through accurate processing and responsive service. This hybrid/remote role supports a national network of members and chapters.

You will handle renewals, inquiries, and data updates in NetForum, coordinate with a call center, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely communications and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in customer service or membership services.
• Strong communication and member-first mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for members via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound communications with TU’s third-party call center.
• Assist members with renewals, billing, benefits, donations, login issues.
• Maintain and update membership records in NetForum CRM.
• Process memberships, donations, and fulfillment requests.
• Generate tax letters and provide feedback on campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support engagement.
