Arise Financial, Rockland, MA, is seeking a friendly Member Solutions Advocate I (Call Center) to assist members with service needs and transactional requests. You will provide knowledgeable, efficient, and personalized service while helping members maximize their financial products.

Qualifications

• Previous banking, financial services, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication with members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound member calls within service levels with professional, personalized service.
• Develop understanding of products, services, and policies to assist members.
• Process routine transactions and account maintenance with accurate records.
• Document and track member interactions per procedures.
• Identify and resolve questions; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Recommend additional products/services based on member needs.
• Collaborate with branches and internal teams for seamless service.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information per policies.
