Qualifications

• Must have customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handling transactions.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to members and guest members.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals and cashing checks; process various monetary transactions.
• Educate members on digital solutions (mobile, online, Zelle, ATM).
• Identify financial needs and cross-sell products and services with integrity.
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts; process loan payments and mortgage payments.
• Assist in daily branch operations and balance daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
• Identify and report suspicious activity and ensure security of accounts.
• Serve as a Notary Public where required.
