Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union in Metro Atlanta seeks a Member Service Hybrid Agent at Mt. Zion. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan/payments and notary tasks while delivering high-quality member service and cross-selling products.

You’ll educate members on digital banking, process transactions accurately, and maintain branch operations with flexibility for extended hours and Saturdays. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; associate degree and Symitar

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.
• Comfortable working with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
• Must be flexible in relieving multiple branch offices and willing to work Saturdays.
• Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service and cross-sell products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks and other transactions.
• Educate members on digital banking options (mobile, online, Zelle, ATM).
• Open, close and maintain member accounts.
• Identify and report suspicious activity as required by policy.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain confidentiality of member information.
