Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Agent for the Peachtree City/Wisdom Rd area, onsite, full-time. The role demands strong product knowledge, high-quality sales performance, and exceptional member service with proactive counseling.

The MS A will work extended hours and Saturdays, handling deposits, new accounts, and consumer loan processes while educating members on digital banking tools and services.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years’ customer service or sales experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
• Flexible in relieving multiple branch offices and willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle account entries with a high level of accuracy to maintain a good image and customer relations.
• Provide superior service to members and guest members.
• Educate members on digital banking tools (mobile, online, Zelle, ATM).
• Identify financial needs and cross-sell Delta Community products with integrity.
• Open, close and maintain member accounts; review loan applications and documents.
