Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Regional Sales Support Representative in Urbandale, IA. The role provides advanced service and sales support to brokers selling Medicare products and assists the Regional Sales Manager.

The position requires in-office presence 2–3 days per week with hybrid work arrangements and potential for alternating locations within commuting distance. Responsibilities include broker communications, campaign tracking, onboarding, and coordinating training logistics for brokers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Active life and health insurance license in good standing.
• BA/BS preferred for advancement if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engages with brokers via telephone, written communications, and face-to-face meetings or webinars.
• Promotes and tracks co-op advertising and Health Risk Assessment campaigns.
• Provides sales support related to reporting, disenrollments, requests for information (RFI), onboarding, welcome kits and outbound campaigns.
• Recruits non-Medicare selling brokers to sell Medicare products.
