Job summary

Draeger is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to oversee software projects in Andover, MA on a hybrid schedule. You will guide planning, execution, and documentation across the product lifecycle to meet defined goals and quality standards.

With 5+ years in medical device development, you will lead diverse teams, maintain stakeholder communications, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external standards while coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• 5+ years relevant medical device development experience.
• 1-3 years in software project/program management.
• Experience with agile software development is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead software project planning, execution, and closure to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Set goals with the team, track progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results.
• Ensure project scope, milestones, and decisions are aligned and escalations managed.
