Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all phases of medical malpractice and wrongful death cases
• Conduct thorough legal research, case strategy development, and client consultations
• Prepare and review discovery documents, motions, and case filings
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with paralegals, associates, and legal staff
