Qualifications

• Must have Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in medical office, urgent care, or related role.
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; schedule appointments and manage front desk tasks.
• Register patients, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Support clinical staff and assist providers in exams and procedures.
• Maintain registration flow and HIPAA compliance.
• Cover Front Office, Reception, Call Center, and Back Office duties as needed.
• Travel to all clinic locations within the assigned region.
