Job summary

The Plastics Clinic & Spa seeks a Hybrid Aesthetic Specialist who serves as both Medical Assistant and Master Aesthetician, moving between clinic and spa to deliver seamless, world-class care. You will support physicians and nurses with clinical tasks, while also consulting with clients and performing advanced skin treatments within your scope.

Injector experience is a plus but not required. Ideal candidates bring Utah licensure, 2+ years as a Master Aesthetician, 1+ year MA in a medical office,

Qualifications

• Valid Utah Master Aesthetician license.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Master Aesthetician experience.
• Minimum 1 year medical assistant experience in a medical office.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
• Comfort with electronic medical records and medical terminology.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
• Willingness to follow all policies with medical compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask for multiple patients.
• Team-player attitude with enthusiasm for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms; take vital signs and document histories.
• Prepare rooms; maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Provide clinical support: manage prescriptions, prepare injections, upload photos.
• Assist with in-office procedures and ensure rooms are prepared.
• Respond to patient messages in Symplast and Weave.
• Consult with clients in spa; explain treatments and post-care.
• Schedule management and patient charting; track daily sales.
• Maintain treatment rooms and assist with laundry.
• Create social media content: 2 posts per week, 1 story per week, 2 educational stories.
