Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner.
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting while staying organized and calm.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, safety, and compliance.
Prior Medical Assistant, clinical assistant, surgical practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or aesthetics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Room patients and prepare them for appointments, consultations, treatments, and procedures.
Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and in-office procedures.
Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas, including supplies and safety protocols.
Obtain and document patient information, medical history, vitals, and treatment notes.
Support patient flow by coordinating with providers and surgical staff.
Provide warm, professional support before, during, and after visits.
