L'Elite MediSpa is seeking a Medical Assistant / Licensed Aesthetician for our Melville location. This hybrid role combines clinical support with aesthetic services and client care, offering exposure to both medical and cosmetic treatments.

The ideal candidate will manage patient intake, vital signs, EHR notes, pre- and post-treatment instructions, and assist providers while delivering exceptional client experiences and skincare planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS Aesthetician license and Medical Assistant certification/education.
• Experience with patient intake, vital signs, and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail; ability to balance clinical and aesthetic duties.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and maintaining accurate medical notes.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients, complete intake, obtain medical histories, and prepare for appointments.
• Obtain and document vital signs and relevant clinical information.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR and ensure smooth clinical workflows.
• Prepare treatment rooms and supplies; assist physicians and nurses as needed.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions and reinforce care plans.
• Support basic clinical procedures within scope, including phlebotomy when trained.
• Monitor patients during appointments and communicate concerns to providers.
• Maintain treatment notes, documentation, and inventory as required.
