Role Description

This position provides assistance to our patients and acts as an extension of our Aesthetic Injector. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rooming patients, updating patient intake notes, charting treatment patterns, distribution of post‑care info, quoting non‑surgical treatments, follow‑up calls, restocking and turning over treatment rooms, and weekly reconciliation of injectable products. Other responsibilities include any retention and acquisition efforts and overall support of all departments and any miscellaneous duties, as requested.

• Certified MA with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Strong working knowledge of medical terminology as it applies to cosmetic procedures
• Knowledge of medical office operations, including ability to operate a computer and accurately enter data
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study OR at least 2 years relevant work experience
• Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery strongly preferred
• Proficient with EMR and scheduling software
