Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking entry-level Sales Service Representatives to join our National Sales Team and drive advertising revenue across multiple platforms. You’ll deliver prompt, accurate client service and ensure smooth execution of campaigns across linear, digital, and social channels.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, team‑oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all negotiated deals in system communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts.
• Work with Commercial Operations to ensure all allocations and traffic material is delivered in a timely manner.
• Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity.
• Help team deliver on key revenue drivers through targeted flighting, inclusive of calculating key metrics for client objectives.
• Collect added value material from agency to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships: Billboard copy, logos, tags.
