Kohl's is seeking a Coordinator, Media Reporting at our corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role is onsite Monday–Thursday with an option to work remotely on Fridays.

You will support day-to-day media reporting, validate data, and provide performance analysis across multiple channels. Responsibilities include compiling data across Paid Social, Online Video, Display, Audio, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Gift Card programs, preparing reports, and maintaining dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or IT or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience or familiarity with digital advertising and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize media performance data across channels.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support campaign tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reporting outputs.
• Perform data validation and flag discrepancies for review.
• Update dashboards and automated reporting tools and feeds.
• Maintain data taxonomy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data inputs for reporting.
• Summarize performance trends to support team insights.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
