Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree required.
• 5+ years of mechanical design engineering experience.
• 4+ years of HVAC design experience with system layout/coordination.
• 1+ year of experience performing mechanical load calculations.
• 1+ year of Revit experience for design and production work.
• 3+ years of project management experience on engineering/construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to final completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and scope.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present design options, and maintain communication throughout the project.
• Perform detailed HVAC design, including system selection and coordination with other disciplines.
• Develop and review mechanical drawings and specifications using Revit for accuracy and constructability.
• Complete mechanical load calculations to support sizing and design decisions.
• Redline drawings and communicate changes to the production team.
• Coordinate plumbing and piping design elements as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day project management tasks including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Work with internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development and client relationship efforts in meetings.
