• 2–8 years in commercial construction with 1+ year as PM/Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering on multi-trade systems and shop drawings.
• Prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, issue change orders, and procure subcontractors/equipment.
• Develop multi-trade project schedules and direct field crews.
• Liaise with General Contractors, Owners, and design partners while mentoring junior staff.
