Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and compile budgets and rough estimates using construction software templates.
• Develop detailed specifications and coordinate with architects/engineers for bid-ready plans.
• Prepare final budgets, margins, and contingencies; convert quotes to bids.
• Coordinate contract signing, changes, and approvals; manage schedules and critical path.
• Visit sites regularly, document progress, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Provide weekly reports, manage change orders and warranty activities.
