Qualifications

• Current State License as a Nurse.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of federal and state regulations and professional standards.
• Develop comprehensive care plans with MDS collaboration.
• Coordinate and monitor written plans of care for each resident.
• Audit documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support discharge processes and complete necessary forms and reports.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient confidentiality.
