Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding business, financial and inventory management principles; best practices in supply chain.
• Ability to provide insight on stocking strategy, levels, replenishment and reorder quantities.
• Proficient in data mining to enhance material plans and support decisions.
• Understanding supply chain concepts to maximize material control and healthy inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across multiple locations with large SKU counts.
• Maintain optimal stocking levels while limiting excess materials.
• Develop and implement material commodity plans to support operations.
• Analyze demand, supply, and replenishment requirements for assigned commodities.
• Provide purchasing recommendations based on commodity plans and analysis.
• Create reports and dashboards to track metrics and support decisions.
• Build relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Communicate metrics, analytics and initiatives.
