Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years in distribution or warehousing supervision/management.
• CDL A/B and hoisting/forklift licenses (desirable).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management technology a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to coordinate warehousing, trucking, crane operation, and material delivery.
• Plan daily schedules to meet operating group needs and manage overtime when required.
• Analyze budgets and control costs to meet financial goals.
• Drive process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety standards across the team.
• Provide emergency response support and cross-functional project leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of receipt, storage, inventory and delivery.
