Relevant-Industrial is seeking a Data Administrator to maintain master data across pricing, product, and customer/vendor/address records in P21 and related systems. The role ensures clean, current data to support pricing integrity, sales credit, and reporting.

Reporting to Commercial Systems, you will work with Pricing, Analytics, and SMEs to resolve data questions and streamline data flows. Strong Excel, ERP/CRM familiarity, and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data entry.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet research tools.
Comfort working with ERP and CRM systems (P21, WhiteCup, or similar) a plus.

Mansioni

Enter, evaluate, maintain, and adjust master data across pricing, product, and customer/vendor/address records.
Translate pricing agreements into digital pricing records; perform mass price updates and tests.
Enter pricing changes as market conditions require, including customized pricing for sales teams.
Assign products to generic product groups and adjust address, customer, and vendor data.
Use Excel and internet research to fill data gaps and support data needs.
Resolve data questions with Subject Matter Experts and support data requests with IT.
Support cross-functional data requests and dataflow updates with Commercial Systems and Analytics.
Perform other data entry tasks, duties, and special projects as assigned.
