Job summary

Primary Talent Source is seeking a 3–5 year Associate Attorney to join a plaintiff-side litigation firm in Greenbrae, CA. The role offers exposure to mass tort and complex litigation, with close collaboration with seasoned trial attorneys and meaningful ownership of substantive matters.

You will work on case development, strategy, and trial preparation, handling depositions, motions, and discovery while building courtroom skills. Hybrid work, 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience with plaintiff-side matters.
• Strong research, writing and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Handle mass tort, MDL, product liability and toxic tort matters.
• Draft and respond to motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, discovery and trial prep.
• Analyze medical records and expert materials; collaborate with clients and experts.
