Job summary

Career Consulting Partners is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff trial firm with offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the Bay Area. The role requires 4–8+ years of civil litigation experience and CA Bar admission.

The attorney will manage cases from intake through trial, develop strategies, and work directly with clients, handling personal injury, employment, and mass action matters. Hybrid work schedule in Walnut Creek, CA.

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of civil litigation experience.
• Open to more senior attorneys as well, 10 - 20 years.
• Active California Bar license.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills.
• Trial experience and experience with sexual abuse, employment, or mass actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial
• Develop legal strategies and work directly with clients
• Handle plaintiff-side litigation matters, including personal injury, employment, and mass actions
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex cases
• Stay current on California legal developments
• Build referral relationships and participate in legal organizations
