HCSC is seeking an Account Executive I to support client relationships and growth in Downers Grove, IL. The role requires managing renewals, identifying opportunities to introduce additional products, and providing ongoing account support with a willingness to travel.

The position is a Flex (Hybrid) role: three days in office and two days remote, with sponsorship not available. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Must have state General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license or obtain within required time.
• 4 years experience in health care management or related field OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience.
• Healthcare management experience including PPO and HMO.
• Customer service oriented; detail oriented.
• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing client relationships to drive growth and retention.
• Negotiate renewals and identify opportunities to upsell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide ongoing account support.
