Job summary

WellnessLiving is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL to manage AI knowledge bases, web pages, and lead routing in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will organize AI prompts, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate data across marketing systems.

This hybrid, full‑time role reports to the VP of Marketing and requires 1–3 years of marketing operations experience, with hands‑on CMS and CRM handoff knowledge. We offer benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing operations, business operations, or technical coordination.
• Practical knowledge of modern AI tools for documentation management and prompts.
• Experience with CMS/web workflows (WordPress, Git-based publishing).
• Familiarity with campaign operations, UTMs and form-to-CRM handoffs.
• Systems and admin aptitude; Jira, subscriptions, and operational records.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• AI Systems & Knowledge Base Administration: build, organize, and maintain internal AI knowledge environments and documentation.
• Web Execution & Page Management: publish web pages, QA forms, tracking links, and redirects.
• Lead Capture, Routing Handoff & Campaign Tracking: manage form-to-CRM handoffs and campaign tagging.
• SaaS Administration, Budget & Vendor Logistics: manage access, subscriptions, and vendor records.
• Project Tracking & Operational Support: maintain Jira boards, SOPs, and cross‑functional workflows.
