WellnessLiving is seeking an AI Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our AI-driven marketing initiatives. You will create and manage automated email and SMS campaigns, write prompts for AI, and ensure content is on-brand and effective.

This role is hybrid in Delray Beach, FL, requiring collaboration with the Marketing team and a strong focus on writing, thinking clearly, and turning ideas into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, content, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email and SMS campaigns that reach the right people at the right time.

• Use AI to write and improve website pages and blog posts.
• Write clear instructions (prompts) that help AI create high quality work.
• Review everything AI creates and make sure it's on brand, accurate, and ready to go.
• Follow step by step guidance from AI tools to set up and test new workflows.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into finished campaigns.
• Keep testing and learning new ways to use AI to save time and get better results.

AI Marketing Automation Specialist

Department: Marketing
Reports to: VP Marketing
Location: Delray Beach, Florida (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, curious person who loves working with AI. In this role, you'll use AI tools like Claude to create marketing content and build marketing automations for the WellnessLiving brand. You'll spend most of your day working side by side with AI. You'll tell it what to do, check its work, make it better, and turn great ideas into real results.

This isn't a coding job. It's a job for someone who can think clearly, write well, and knows a great piece of marketing when they see it.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications
• Excellent writing skills. You can write in a clear, friendly, and engaging way.
• Hands on experience using AI tools in your work
• Experience with email, SMS, social media, or website content
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort learning new software quickly
• Bonus: experience in the health, wellness, or beauty industry
