Ncswizards is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate in Jersey City, NJ. This part-time role blends events, content, and digital marketing in a collaborative, in-person setting with 1–2 days in the office weekly.

You will coordinate events, craft LinkedIn posts and newsletters, ensure brand consistency, support email campaigns, and manage CRM lists. A background in marketing with Fintech/Banking exposure is a plus, and the position offers growth through expanded responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing, event and conferences management, communications, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of Marketing in Fintech/Banking/ Product Companies/ Professional services.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-person environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics for networking events, conferences, and sponsorships.
• Support in-office marketing initiatives and team collaboration.
• Assist in drafting and scheduling LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog content.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Help execute email campaigns and track engagement metrics.
• Maintain CRM data and marketing lists.
• Support outbound and inbound lead tracking.
• Assist with webinar and event coordination.
• Track website, email, and social engagement metrics.
• Prepare simple monthly marketing performance summaries.
• Support marketing ROI tracking initiatives.
