Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in marketing with real exposure to SEO, content, and campaign execution.
• Experience coordinating vendors and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Own how the firm shows up in the world and drive outcomes with SEO and content.
• Manage SEO internally and monitor keyword cannibalization and rankings.
• Keep Google Business Profile active and optimize attorney profiles.
• Tighten website structure and attorney profile pages for the right matches.
• Coordinate vendors (content, web, PR) and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead drip campaigns and marketing automation to nurture leads.
• Coordinate video marketing and social media content execution.
• Run recruitment campaigns and support PR when available.
• Oversee vendors for WordPress and content, ensuring results.
• Provide data-driven insights to protect rankings and visibility.
• Build relationships with local referral partners and clients.
