• Coordinate trade show logistics, including registration, materials, facilities, freight and travel for attendees.
• Coordinate logistics for veterinary partner events.
• Review partnership inquiries and identify opportunities aligned with the company.
• Coordinate community and philanthropic participation from planning to execution.
• Select monthly review winners in Shopify.
• Create images featuring monthly review winners for Social Media Team.
• Work with Social Media Team on content related to events and community partnerships.
• Maintain event calendars, timelines, partner details, and planning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Represent Wynwood Dog Food Co. professionally in communications with partners and community organizations.
