Interface, Inc. is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support marketing activation across the Americas.

You will own key programs, govern assets, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement. The role reports to the Marketing Activation Manager and requires 2+ years in B2B marketing, strong communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Budget and resource management experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage assets, files and designated repositories/platforms for marketing materials with the global team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer storytelling and asset programs (photography, case studies, PR/awards materials).
• Collaborate cross-functionally on briefing, execution and management of regional marketing projects.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Provide reporting and analytics support to optimize marketing efforts and measure impact.
• Assist in budget management and other administrative functions.
