Interface is a global flooring and sustainability leader. The Associate Marketing Manager in the Americas supports marketing activation across US & Canada, owns key programs, and ensures governance of content and assets while coordinating cross-functional workflows.

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager, you will manage budgets, align with global marketing, collaborate with sales, and help bring campaigns, events, and training to life.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.

Mansioni

• Management and governance of assets, files and designated repositories/platforms for marketing materials in coordination with the global marketing team, sales organization, and other necessary stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer storytelling and asset program through audience-specific photography, case studies, PR/awards materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, contributing to briefing, execution and management of regional marketing projects in support of designated segments or channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide necessary support for projects led by the Marketing Activation Manager for the Americas region.
• Provide reporting and analytics support to drive validation and optimization of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather input and assist in measurement and reporting.
• Manage routing of materials for review/ approvals to legal, global product and/or global marketing functions.
• Assemble and deliver content and materials to internal and external partners - vendors, associations, media, etc.
• Support design delivery of relevant marketing training to relevant teams.
• Oversee project budgets, contract/PO management and perform administrative functions.
• Proofing and content development as needed.
