Eli Lilly and Company in Canada seeks an Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy for Oncology, Immunology and Neuroscience portfolios. You will lead a team of head office Market Access Managers, shaping pricing, reimbursement and HTA strategies for launches and lifecycle plans.

The role is hybrid with Toronto onsite 50%+ and includes the Lilly Bonus Program, car allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field or related area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, pricing or reimbursement in pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach teams.
• Strong understanding of Canadian HTA, pCPA, and payer landscape.
• Proficiency with AI powered tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Market Access Managers across launch and in-market brands.
• Develop Market Access plans, pricing strategies and HTA submissions for portfolios.
• Collaborate with pricing, forecasting and international teams on business cases.
• Own end‑to‑end Market Access for an assigned key brand and manage timelines.
